3. Eligibility

4.2 For Employers
As an employer using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, compensation details, and working conditions
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate against candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age,
disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic
- Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information shared through our Services
- Pay all agreed-upon fees in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Job Seekers
Our services are completely free for job seekers. We do not charge candidates any
fees for resume review, interview preparation, job matching, or placement assistance.
5.2 Employers
Employer fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in a separate service agreement.
Fees may be based on a percentage of the placed candidate's annual salary, a flat fee, or an hourly
rate for temporary staffing. Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, and
software — is the property of Titan Hire Group or its licensors and is protected by United States
and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from our website
7. Prohibited Conduct

staffing agreement
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of employers or candidates in the workplace
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared
during the course of our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate profiles,
compensation details, business strategies, and client lists.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Titan Hire Group provides its website and Services on an "as is" and
"as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or
other harmful components
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of our website or Services
- Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the fees paid to us
by the claimant in the 12 months preceding the claim
